Gregory L. DeSilva, M.D. is an orthopaedic surgeon sub-specializing in hand and upper extremity surgery, and microvascular surgery.

Dr. DeSilva is a graduate of University of Michigan where he earned both his B.A. and M.D. degrees. After finishing his orthopaedic residency at University of Michigan Health Center, he continued his training at Curtis National Hand Center, where he completed a fellowship in hand and microvascular surgery in 2000.

Dr. DeSilva holds the position of Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery, Wayne State University School of Medicine.
